After-Sales & Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, if any product fails due to non-human and non-environmental factors, we will provide free repair or replacement parts.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure (such as lightning, flood, or earthquake).

Return & Replacement Procedure:

The buyer shall provide detailed fault information, photos, or videos for technical evaluation.

If the issue cannot be solved remotely, the buyer may return the defective product to us.

The buyer bears the return shipping cost, and the seller covers the shipping cost of the replacement or repaired item.

All customs duties and taxes incurred during return or replacement shall be borne by the buyer.
