The Back of Module Temperature Sensor (NBL-W-PPT) is a high-precision, surface-mount temperature sensor designed specifically for solar energy systems. It is widely used in fields such as meteorology, oceanography, environmental monitoring, airports, ports, laboratories, industrial and agricultural applications, and transportation. This sensor uses a high-sensitivity thermistor as the core sensing element, offering advantages such as high measurement accuracy, fast response speed, and strong stability. 

The accompanying signal transmitter can convert the temperature data into standard voltage or current signals based on user requirements, meeting the needs for various remote monitoring and automation control systems. The compact structure design makes installation easy, while its excellent anti-interference ability ensures stable long-term operation in complex environments.

 Installation Guide for Back of Module Temperature Sensor: 

To ensure the sensor accurately reflects the operating temperature of the solar module, please follow the installation steps below: 

Installation Preparation:

1. Apply the included thermal conductive silicone to the center area on the back of the solar panel.

2. The application area should be approximately 22mm × 12mm and evenly spread along the direction of the solar panel's frame. 

Sensor Fixing:

3. Quickly attach the Back of Module Temperature Sensor to the applied area, ensuring alignment with the panel.

4. Secure the sensor for 5-10 minutes to ensure full adhesion of the thermal conductive silicone. 

Wiring and Routing:

5. Once the sensor is firmly attached, route the signal cable along the direction of the solar panel frame.

6. Choose an appropriate wiring path based on the site environment to avoid mechanical stress or pulling. 

> Tip: If using in different environments, adjust the installation location as mentioned above to achieve the best measurement results.
