Wiring Compliance: Please strictly connect according to the wiring diagram provided by NiuBoL. Incorrect wiring can easily damage the built-in amplifier circuit. This product supports wide voltage input, recommended to use regulated power supply.

Probe Fixing: In places with large medium fluctuations such as rivers and storage tanks, fixing measures should be taken (such as pipe installation or adding counterweight pendant) to prevent transmitter from wear due to shaking or excessive cable tension.

Avoid Impurities: Installation position should ensure avoidance of silt deposition layers. If installed in environment with much silt, recommend hanging the transmitter more than 20cm above the silt layer.

Cable Protection: Vent cable is the "respiratory system" of the transmitter. Strictly prohibit overly tight locking or sharp bending of cable to avoid crushing vent tube. Vent tube outlet should always be installed downward to prevent rainwater and dust from entering and causing blockage.

No Disassembly: This transmitter is precision integrated structure, strictly prohibit unauthorized disassembly or poking sensitive diaphragm with sharp objects. Once diaphragm is damaged, the sensor will be permanently invalid.

Q1: Why does submersible level transmitter need vent cable?
A: This is to achieve atmospheric compensation. The diaphragm at the bottom of the transmitter feels the sum of "water pressure + atmospheric pressure". To obtain only the static pressure generated by liquid level, vent tube must introduce ambient atmospheric pressure into the back of the core for cancellation, thus ensuring absolute measurement accuracy.

Q2: Can NiuBoL submersible level transmitter measure strong acid and alkali liquids?
A: Standard model adopts 304/316L stainless steel, suitable for water, oil, and other media non-corrosive to stainless steel. If your measurement medium has strong corrosiveness, please contact NiuBoL for custom special anti-corrosion material or Teflon coating model.

Q3: Signal transmission distance reaches 2000 meters, will data have delay or attenuation?
A: Transmitter adopts RS485 digital communication, compared to analog current signal (4-20mA), its anti-interference ability is extremely strong with no transmission accuracy loss. Within 2000 meters, as long as qualified shielded twisted pair is used, data can still maintain high-frequency update and stability.

Q4: Can the original cable be cut short or extended during installation?
A: It is recommended to confirm required length when ordering, preferably configured by original factory. If self-extension is needed, must ensure joint is absolutely waterproof and vent tube connection is unobstructed. Improper joint handling will cause internal water ingress or huge measurement error.

Q5: What is the usual reason for fluctuating displayed values?
A: First check if cable vent port is blocked by rainwater or foreign objects. Secondly check if probe is directly impacted by water flow, recommend installation in gentle flow area or adding wave-proof tube. NiuBoL transmitter built-in calibration algorithm can handle most minor fluctuations.
