Product Introduction of the Solar Dust Monitoring Instrument 

The Solar Dust Monitoring Instrument is an intelligent monitoring device designed specifically for photovoltaic power stations. It uses advanced blue light pollutant optical closed-loop measurement technology, installed on the photovoltaic panel frame. It continuously measures the contamination ratio (SR) of the glass surface and calculates in real time the reduction in sunlight reaching the solar components, accurately evaluating the power generation loss. This device helps maintenance personnel determine the optimal cleaning time, significantly improving the power station’s efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Technical Highlights of the Solar Dust Monitoring Instrument 

High-Precision Measurement: The accuracy of pollution ratio measurement is ±1% within 90-100%, ±3% within 80-90%, and ±5% within 50-80%.

Seamless Integration: Supports RS485 signal output and standard MODBUS protocol, easily connecting to the power station management system.

Low Power Consumption: The average power consumption is only 1W, with a DC 12V supply voltage, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Maintenance-Free: No additional maintenance required, just wipe the device when cleaning the photovoltaic components.

Optional Temperature Monitoring: Supports temperature measurement in the range of -50℃ to +100℃, with an accuracy of ±0.5℃ at 25℃.
