Q1: How can I become your distributor or agent?

A: We welcome companies or individuals with industry connections and project resources.
Process: Submit company profile and business plan → Initial online meeting → Regional evaluation / qualification review → Sign agency agreement defining rights (exclusive or non-exclusive) and sales targets.
We’ll provide a starter support package for onboarding.

 

Q2: What kind of pricing and profit margin can distributors expect?

A: Distributor pricing is based on order volume and regional market conditions, generally offering 15%–40% gross margin (depending on product line and annual purchase volume).
Once signed, distributors receive our price list, promotion policy, and quarterly incentive plan.

 

Q3: What marketing support do you provide?

A: We can assist with technical proposal preparation, demo units, on-site technical support, and joint bidding documents.
Once awarded, both parties sign a project agreement detailing responsibilities (e.g., local partner handles installation, NiuBoL provides remote technical and spare parts support).

 

Q8: Is there local after-sales or repair support for agents?

A: Yes. We encourage agents to set up local service centers and provide spare parts and technical training.
In key regions, we may also establish local repair hubs or co-managed service points.

 

Q9: How does OEM / white-label cooperation work?

A: OEM cooperation includes packaging and logo customization, documentation adaptation, and MOQ negotiation.
We sign a clear quality and IP agreement, defining production lead time, sample acceptance, and after-sales responsibilities.

 

Q10: I only plan small-scale distribution but need demo support — how to apply?

A: You can register as a sub-distributor, submit your business plan, and purchase a few demo units for testing.
