Evaporation sensor product introduction

Evaporation sensor is used to observe the water surface evaporation in different time change rule of the instrument, can be used directly with the evaporation bucket to monitor the water surface evaporation. This sensor is a new generation of high-precision sensors, with a large measuring range, accuracy, high resolution, reverse polarity protection and current limitation protection, safety and explosion-proof features. The sensor has a variety of signal output forms (current type, voltage type, etc.) for customers to choose. Applicable to meteorology, agriculture and other fields.

Evaporation sensor instructions for use                                      

Evaporation sensor and stainless steel cylinder frame in the evaporation dish, evaporation barrel pre-buried in the soil, evaporation barrel mouth from the ground about 10cm-20cm, the chassis plane to the horizontal state. The evaporation dish is filled with water, so that the water surface reaches the high water level scale line of the sensor. When the water in the evaporation bucket is lower than the low water level scale line, the evaporation bucket should be filled with water in time.

Evaporation sensor instrument maintenance                            

1, evaporator water requirements: should be used as far as possible on behalf of the local natural water bodies (rivers, streams, lakes) of water, in taking natural water has difficulties in the region, can also use drinking water (well water, tap water); device water should be kept clean, the surface of the water is not floating, the water is not a small insect and suspended dirt, no moss, the water color is not a significant change; general monthly water change. Evaporator water change should be cleaned evaporation barrel, change into the water temperature should be close to the original water temperature;

2, winter icing period is longer in the region to stop observing, the entire icing period to switch to a small evaporator to observe the ice evaporation. The water in the large evaporator will be drawn clean, so as not to freeze;

3, every year before and after the flood season (long-term stable frozen areas, before the beginning of the use and stop using), should each check the evaporator leakage, etc.; If you find a problem, it should be dealt with;

4、Check the installation of the evaporator regularly, if it is found that the height is not allowed, not level, etc., it should be corrected in time;

5、The water surface in the water ring should be close to the water surface in the evaporation barrel.
