Q1: What are your shipping methods?  

A: Small orders are typically shipped via express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), while large shipments can be sent via air or sea freight. Some countries offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) express options.

Q2: What are the customs clearance fees?  

A: Generally, express shipping costs range from 200–250 RMB, and sea freight ranges from 300–500 RMB (depending on the channel).

Q3: How long does it take to ship a sample?  

A: After confirming the order, production takes 3–5 working days, shipping to the port takes 3–5 days, and international shipping takes 7–10 days. Usually, samples are received within 15–20 days.

Q4: What is the product warranty period?  

A: Most products have a 12-month warranty, and some can be extended to 24 months.

Q5: Do you provide technical training?  

A: We provide free remote training and can offer on-site training (fees need to be negotiated).

Q6: How can I become a distributor?  

A: Contact our sales team, provide your market plan and industry experience, and we will evaluate the feasibility of cooperation.

Q7: What are your lead times for bulk orders? 

A: Bulk orders typically take 15–25 days to process and ship, depending on the order size and destination.

Q8: Do you offer installation or debugging services?  

A: We offer remote installation guidance and optional on-site debugging services (additional charges apply).

Q9: Can you provide unbranded or customized branded packaging?  

A: Yes, we support OEM/ODM, including unbranded labels, custom labels, and custom packaging.

Q10: What should I do if the equipment is damaged during transportation?  

A: We offer shipping insurance, and once the damage is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or resend the product.

Q11: Do you provide training materials for product usage? 

A: Yes, we provide detailed user manuals, installation videos, and technical documentation to help customers quickly get started with the product.

Q12: Can products still be repaired after the warranty period? 

A: Yes, we offer paid repair services and will try to keep spare parts available to extend the lifespan of the equipment.
