The NiuBoL NBL-NON-406-A integrated online nitrate nitrogen sensor is designed based on the PVC membrane nitrate ion selective electrode method and is specially used for fast and accurate measurement of nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) content in water. The sensor has a built-in automatic temperature compensation function, which can effectively eliminate the influence of temperature changes on measurement results and ensure that the data maintains high accuracy under different working conditions.
The product offers two standard ranges: 0~100.00 mg/L and 0~1000.0 mg/L, with fine resolution, suitable for various application scenarios from low-concentration surface water to high-concentration industrial wastewater. It adopts RS-485 bus and standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, which can be directly connected to PLC, DCS, industrial control computers, touch screens and other third-party equipment to achieve seamless data transmission and remote monitoring. Optional 4-20mA current output further enhances system compatibility.

Replaceable Membrane Head: Modular membrane head design. When the service life expires, only the membrane head needs to be replaced, without replacing the entire sensor, greatly reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs.
Automatic Temperature Compensation: Integrated Pt1000 temperature sensor performs real-time automatic compensation to ensure measurement accuracy is not affected by temperature fluctuations within the 0~40℃ operating temperature range.
Digital Communication and Anti-interference: Standard RS-485 Modbus RTU protocol uses shielded cable transmission, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference in industrial sites, supporting long-distance and multi-node networking, and making integration convenient.

During installation, the sensor must not be installed inverted or horizontally and must be tilted at least 15° or more. It supports submerged installation and can also be used in pipelines or tanks (side wall installation is recommended with a dedicated mounting base). The installation location should avoid direct impact from strong water flow.
