For industrial procurement, the most useful pH meter checklist is one that prevents hidden cost. A quote without cable length, mounting accessories or communication documents may look attractive but become expensive during installation. The acceptance method should be agreed before shipment. If the customer expects comparison with a portable meter, both sides should define buffer calibration and sampling method. This avoids disputes caused by testing two different water samples at different times.
