In project acceptance, bidding and scientific research projects, people often regard "having a test report", "having a calibration certificate" and "factory qualified" as the same thing. They prove different contents, and bidding and scientific research projects must first clearly define the requirements of acceptance documents.

Factory Test/Certificate of Conformity

It is used to indicate that the product has passed the production and functional inspection specified by the manufacturer and is suitable for general quality control. It does not automatically certify that measurements can be traced back to national or international metrological standards.

Third-party test report

Third-party test reports are issued by independent institutions based on designated standards or test items. Common test items include precision, protection level, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Calibration Certificate
